Phone Orders: Please order by stock number and description. Call Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 5:30pm or Saturday 12:00pm - 4:00pm. Central Standard Time.

Minimum Orders: There is a $25.00 merchandise minumum order. Minimum $8.00 shipping and handling charge. Exact shipping charges are based on package weight and destination.

Out of Country customers: We apologize, but we do not currently ship out of country. We suggest you contact a friend or business partner in the USA who can order for you. Thank you for your interest in our products. Please email us if you need further information.

Shipping: All orders are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Buyer) Kenner, Louisiana. Orders normally shipped within 48 hours. Minimum $8.00 shipping charge. Charges based on package weight and destination. We ship via U.P.S. unless otherwise specified. Air Express Delivery available. Please inquire for details.

Taxes: All items in this catalog are subject to applicable State and Parish taxes.

Claims and Returns: We will not accept returns of merchandise for any reason without prior authorization. All returned merchandise subject to re-stocking charge. If your shipment appears damaged, have delivery agent make a notation to that effect on your delivery receipt. Notify Delivery Agent at once of any damage and file a claim for damaged goods.

Check with Order: Business, School, and Organization checks must be imprinted with correct information. All Personal Checks must be imprinted and have current address information. Please include Driver's License Number, Date of Birth, Sex, and Phone Number. All checks must clear bank before shipment of merchandise. Call for shipping charges and order total.
C.O.D. Shipments: Sorry, we do NOT ship COD unless authorized by a manager. NO CODs on any kind of air shipments or on orders totaling over $200.00. If COD Shipment is authorized, payment must be made by Certified Bank Check or US Postal money order.
Open Account: Terms are extended to customers who furnish proper credit information. Please request Credit Application. Allow four weeks for approval.
